Popular Internet Data Aggregators like RealtyTrac, Zillow-Trulia, and RedFin are great tools to get a general feel of trends in the marketplace - but I have found that often their assumptions and algorithms do NOT produce highly reliable or accurate current market information. Often these sites will show a property as being available that Closed several months ago or show a property that has just been recently listed as being "off market." 


I'm frequently online and e-mail is usually the best way to reach me or feel free to call.

Studies have shown that the Number 1 complaint that people have about Real Estate Agents
is that they don't respond quickly and clients never hear from them.

Single Family Residential properties in the Dallas area generally lease/rent for anywhere from   $ 1500 to $ 5000 / month and if you interested in Renting or Leasing....I will be happy to put you in touch with services that will work with you to identify those properties and assist you in the Lease Process.
